By using the Hitosetsu HR & Talent Acquisition (“Hitosetsu”, “we”, “us”) website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If a written proposal, statement of work, or other confirmation conflicts with this page, the written confirmation for that engagement prevails.

These terms apply to browsing, form submissions, and related use of this website. They do not replace a signed client proposal, freelancer mandate, or other written agreement for a specific engagement.

2. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information about our recruitment services. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.

  • Informational only descriptions of services, process, and capabilities are general and may be updated without prior notice.
  • No automatic contract submitting a form does not create a guaranteed placement, partnership, or contractual engagement until separately confirmed in writing.

3. Accuracy of Submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us. This includes hiring requirements, candidate applications, recruiter applications, consultation requests, and supporting files.

4. Service Engagements

Until Hitosetsu confirms an engagement in writing, website copy and form acknowledgements do not create a placement guarantee or a paid assignment.

Commercial terms, fees, replacement support, and timelines for client engagements are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement — not by website marketing copy alone. Freelance recruiter collaboration is governed by the Freelancer Agreement and any written mandate confirmation.

5. Liability & Contact

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hitosetsu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
